2. User Responsibilities

Account Access

If you create an account with us, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your password. If you suspect someone's accessed your account without permission, let us know immediately.

You agree to use our services responsibly. That means:

• No using our platform for anything illegal or fraudulent

What We Provide

But here's what we're not: we're not financial advisors in the regulated sense. Our tools and insights are for informational purposes. They're meant to help you make better decisions, but they shouldn't replace professional financial advice when you need it.

Service Availability

We work hard to keep our platform running smoothly. However, we can't promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues might occasionally affect availability. We'll do our best to minimize disruptions and give you notice when possible.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Everything on our website – the design, content, tools, graphics, code, and data analysis methods – belongs to Ultra-Logicwave. We've put years of work into developing our benchmarking approach.

Your License

Refunds

We generally don't offer refunds for partial months of service. However, if you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a new subscription, contact us. We'll work with you to find a solution.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

No Warranties

We provide our services "as is" and "as available." While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we can't guarantee that our platform will always be error-free or that our benchmarks will perfectly match your specific situation.

Every business is different. Industry benchmarks are useful reference points, but they might not capture the nuances of your particular circumstances. Use our insights as one tool among many in your decision-making process.

Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before the issue arose.

8. Termination

You can stop using our services anytime. Just cancel your subscription if you have one. We can also terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

When your account is terminated, you'll lose access to your data on our platform. We recommend exporting any information you want to keep before canceling. We may retain some data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, but we'll handle it according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with or link to third-party services. For example, payment processors or data import tools. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

When you use third-party integrations, you're also agreeing to their terms. Read them. Different rules might apply.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ultra-Logicwave harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of others.

This means if your actions cause us legal trouble or financial loss, you're responsible for covering those costs.

11. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Chonburi, Thailand, where our business is registered.

Informal Resolution First

Before filing any legal action, let's try to work it out. Contact us with your concern, and we'll make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue. Most problems can be solved through conversation.

12. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms for specific services, constitute the complete agreement between you and Ultra-Logicwave.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We'll replace the unenforceable part with something similar that is enforceable.

No Waiver

If we don't enforce a particular term immediately, that doesn't mean we're waiving our right to enforce it later. Our rights under these terms remain intact even if we're flexible in a specific situation.

Assignment

You can't transfer your rights under these terms to someone else. We can assign our rights and obligations to another entity, such as in the event of a merger or acquisition.

13. Changes to Terms

Your continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. If you don't agree with the changes, you should stop using our services and cancel your account.
